This Refund Policy explains the refund terms for digital products, courses, workbooks, coaching services, programs, and other offers provided by Elegance Lifestyle Academy.
By purchasing from Elegance Lifestyle Academy, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Digital Products, Courses, and Workbooks
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once access has been granted.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- online courses
- digital workbooks
- downloadable PDFs
- digital resources
- templates
- recorded trainings
- course materials
- program materials
- member library access
Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, viewed, or used immediately after purchase, refunds are not provided once access has been granted, unless otherwise required by law.
Embodied Eleganceā„¢
Purchases of Embodied Eleganceā„¢: From Survival to Self-Leadership are final and non-refundable once access to the program has been granted.
This program includes digital lessons, reflection work, workbook materials, and related educational resources. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing the offer details before completing checkout and ensuring that the program is the right fit for you.
The Elegant Power Resetā„¢
Purchases of The Elegant Power Resetā„¢ workbook or related digital workbook products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the digital file has been delivered.
Because this is a digital resource, it cannot be returned after purchase.
Coaching Services
Coaching services, including private coaching, group coaching, or coaching packages, are non-refundable once purchased unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
If a coaching package includes scheduled sessions, you are responsible for attending your sessions at the agreed-upon times.
Missed sessions, late arrivals, or cancellations outside of the stated cancellation window may result in the session being forfeited without refund.
If a separate coaching agreement is provided, the terms of that agreement will also apply.
Payment Plans
If a payment plan is offered and selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
Payment plans are not subscriptions that can be cancelled simply because you no longer wish to continue. A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full purchase price in installments.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspended or revoked access to the product, program, course, coaching service, or digital materials.
Past payments are non-refundable.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once using the same name and email address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Duplicate purchase refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchased product, please contact us so we can assist you.
A technical issue does not automatically qualify for a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product, course, workbook, or digital materials you purchased.
No Guarantees
Elegance Lifestyle Academy does not guarantee specific personal, emotional, relationship, business, financial, or life outcomes.
Your results may vary based on your personal circumstances, effort, consistency, and application of the material.
Refunds are not provided because a customer did not complete the course, did not use the materials, changed their mind, or did not achieve a specific result.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us first so we can review the issue.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspended access to purchased products, programs, coaching services, or member areas while the dispute is reviewed.
Elegance Lifestyle Academy reserves the right to provide evidence of purchase, access, delivery, usage, checkout agreement, and applicable policies to payment processors or financial institutions in the event of a dispute.
Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
If a refund is required by law, Elegance Lifestyle Academy will comply with applicable legal obligations.
