Access may be delivered through Kajabi, email, downloadable files, video lessons, workbook materials, or other digital platforms used by Elegance Lifestyle Academy.

You are responsible for ensuring that the email address and account information you provide are accurate so you can receive access to your purchased materials.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout, which may include USD unless otherwise stated.

By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full amount listed at checkout, including any applicable taxes, fees, or payment processing charges.

If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the terms displayed at checkout. Failure to complete payment may result in suspended or revoked access to the product, course, program, or service.

6. Refunds

Because many products and programs offered by Elegance Lifestyle Academy are digital in nature and access is provided after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Your purchase grants you personal, non-transferable access for your own individual use only.

You may not share your account login, course access, downloads, or materials with others.

If unauthorized sharing, copying, distribution, or misuse of materials is discovered, Elegance Lifestyle Academy reserves the right to suspend or revoke access without refund. Elegance Lifestyle Academy also reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action to protect its intellectual property, business interests, and copyrighted materials.

9. Coaching Services

If you purchase or participate in private coaching, group coaching, calls, sessions, or related services, you understand that coaching is a collaborative personal development process.

Coaching does not guarantee specific results and does not replace therapy, counselling, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and results during and after coaching.

Elegance Lifestyle Academy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue coaching services if the coaching relationship is not appropriate, aligned, or within the scope of the services provided.

10. Personal Responsibility

By using this website, purchasing a product, or participating in any course, program, coaching service, or resource, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices, actions, interpretations, and outcomes.

If Elegance Lifestyle Academy provides access to a community, group space, comment area, live session, discussion area, or other interactive feature, all participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally.

You agree to communicate with respect, maintain confidentiality where appropriate, and avoid behavior that is harmful, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, disruptive, or inappropriate.

You may not share private information, screenshots, comments, coaching discussions, course materials, or personal details from other participants outside of the community or program space.

Elegance Lifestyle Academy reserves the right to remove posts, comments, or content that violates these standards. We also reserve the right to suspend or revoke community access, course access, or participation privileges without refund if a participant engages in behavior that is disrespectful, harmful, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

This community, if provided, is intended to be a supportive educational space. It is not a substitute for therapy, crisis support, medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, or financial advice.
